Aloof in My Hiatus

The seeds were planted long ago
I almost had forgotten
What desires launched from 'neath
The fallen fruit and rotten
Leaves which insulated me
In the Earth's domain
Numbing senses put on pause
Reaction's paths were paved
Aloof in my hiatus, staring into space
I created complex webs and worlds
Deeply rooted down in Grace.
