Guarding Your Gardens, Essassani Collective 2-5-13
It must be stated as clearly as possible. You must understand the following. This information if fully understood, will disconnect you from much of what you find less than excellent in your life on Earth.
Much as your skin is a boundary by which you are sovereign and you guard against breach by those who would harm you, your inner self deserves even more protection by you, deliberately. You must be a severe enforcer of what passes to your awareness and what does not.
You can by means of setting filters, guard against becoming aware of other people's unwanted seeds and contamination. For, just because it is true and real to them, does NOT mean it needs to be for you too.
You do not need to suffer for other people any more than you can think for other people or feel joy for other people. Guard against unwanted news. Guard against unwanted opinions. Guard against the these things for they are the mirrored realities of other people's hearts, karma, and judgement. They are the mirrored realities of other people's struggles and old/outdated belief systems.
You can and may believe, your life can be simple, joyful, and entirely spent in the higher realms rolling around epiphanies and your perceptions can fill you with beauty and joy at how astoundingly pleasant and meaningful every square inch of anything or anywhere actually is, if you bring your focus to it.
What we are saying here, is you must decisively weed your inner gardens regularly, but you will have to weed less, if you, ahead of time, set up effective membranes by which only the things YOU select may pass through. The second you are a aware of a headline, a complaint, a disproportionate dispensing of someone else's issue, problem or opinion, the seed is in your garden. If you severely expel the seed without opening the content, then you are halfway there. If you have something in you which is compelled to open and allow it to spread within your consciousness, it will have taken over part of YOUR garden.
Keep your mind, soul and heart so busy with items you are so passionately interested in that you don't have time to even entertain these other things. For, essentially, they are NONE OF YOUR BUSINESS. Occupy yourself with planting seeds of your own choice to yield that which you have always wanted. Realize your own parallel lives, as they punctuate your NOW with symbolism, strong interest, and a longing to learn, learn, learn, not accidentally discover what someone else is dealing with.
What you learn or teach yourself NOW, will make your tomorrow much more as you chose, and the satisfaction of reaping that which YOU have sewn, is a joy which need never end.
Severely limit what you read and listen to. Severely cast out and then eliminate the source or possibility of it attempting to snag your interest again. The more you do this, according to your own current technology, the less you will encounter. There is no one truth to any situation. Live YOUR truths. In this immaculate isolation, you will be the Creator, and you will emerge as something authentically brilliant.
There will always be someone or something to distract you from looking inward to all the answers, beauty and truth you can imagine. Guard your gardens, and enforce your boundaries.

I asked my guides this evening "why I have been so hungry and eating so strangely?"
I didn't specify a particular guide, only that the guide(s) were from the light and love.
Here is the answer:
It is without reason. You are supposedly full and hungry at the same time. Although we do not fully understand the nutritional needs of your species, we acknowledge your body’s intelligence, which is something you may want to try. Do not criticize yourself for eating, especially in the climate of extreme introspection and self-realization of late. You yourself have stated that you are now prolific again, and have had many rushes of direct inspiration just today.
Plus, you are accessing the 'Akashic records' as you call them. It is not to go back in time, but to allow you to better understand your whole self. This all will formulate an answer as to why you have always felt like you were climbing out of a deficit of status and abundance. You are used to more, and we felt it necessary for you to realize your greatness, depth and breadth of knowledge. Spiritual is an understatement as you might say in your language. Fertility of the heart is a gift beyond measure. Fertility of the Heart. What does this mean to you?
You educate yourself now so as to prepare a basis for your new realizations. Focus as you have been, and relish your monastic lifestyle. The rain is a gift in this state, and you may do well to eat as you desire. This physical state will pass and you will return to a more recognizable diet, albeit different than before. Welcome it, dear one.

Channel, Orion Essassani Collective, 1-8-13
And so it is as you thought. A dream within a dream within a dream to infinity.
As you awaken now more quickly than ever, you have suspected ascension would resemble waking from a dream at which point you would realize you had been dreaming this Earthly reality. True, however, it is this in infinite multiples as you ascend tiny stairs to higher vibrations and new realities. You have a change of cast members as you go, and the cast members roles change, and their very characters change as well.
As you step ever so slightly each day through each decision, each preference using "how you feel" as a golden rule, you are ascending tiny steps each time. Changing the formatting of your preferred reality by being decisive, not allowing yourself to act out of duty, allowing yourself to have the luxury of choosing your preferences. Be decisive, have no doubt and repeat.
Eventually, there are no open portals for that which you do not prefer to enter your bubble of reality. You may consciously choose to close more and more 3D portals, close more 3D interface points so as to rid your mind of having to make decisions whether or not to allow these. (much like you label things spam, so they go directly in a rejected folder without you having to do it yourself)
Your careful gardening of your new landscape will yield quick results. After this cycle repeats enough times, you will view your not so distant past as 'only a dream'. It will be difficult for you to believe you ever lived this way, difficult to believe you were ever content in these situations.
Whenever you catch yourself wanting what you had, stop and ask 'would this even be possible now anyway?' Chances are it would not even be a possibility now. You are simply accessing a once comfortable situation which the set has been torn down and, sold and recycled. Think of it as another life. 'In this life I . . . " not 'I wish I could still have this.' The set where this scene was shot was set up for that scene. It doesn't exist now. Even if you were to have a 'remake', it wouldn't stand up to your romanticized memory of it.
Now then, to recap, simply understand that you are writing the software of your new reality each day by choosing a or b, 1 or 2, etc. After these sequences have repeated and created patterns or programs, without you doing anything, you will be living in a new reality. Fully allow yourself to be a different person who did not have the same histories, and fully allow yourself to be someone completely different than you imagined you were.
There is and will always be different people looking out your same two eyes at the world. Most importantly, when you look at yourself in the mirror and do not like what you see, ask "who is this looking through my eyes, is it really me?" Chances are, it is a being from the Astral plane, or a neuropathway in your brain, created by a judgmental acquaintance who replicated their programming in your brain. It is like a computer virus. Delete it, and go about your business.
